Six-Legged Soldiers
Price:
$99.00 (06)Description
The emir of Bukhara used assassin bugs to eat away the flesh of his prisoners. General Ishii Shiro during World War II released hundreds of millions of infected insects across China, ultimately causing more deaths than the atomic bombs dropped on Japan. These are just two of many startling examples found in Six-legged Soldiers, a brilliant portrait of the many weirdly creative, truly frightening, and ultimately powerful ways in which insects have been used as weapons of war, terror, and torture.Beginning in prehistoric times and building toward a near and disturbing future, the reader is taken on a journey of innovation and depravity. Award-winning science writer Jeffrey A. Lockwood begins with the development of "bee bombs" in the ancient world and explores the role of insect-borne disease in changing the course of major battles, ranging from Napoleon's military campaigns to the trenches of World War I. He explores the horrific programs of insect warfare during World War II: airplanes dropping plague-infested fleas, facilities rearing tens of millions of hungry beetles to destroy crops, and prison camps staffed by doctors testing disease-carrying lice on inmates. The Cold War saw secret government operations involving the mass release of specially developed strains of mosquitoes on an unsuspecting American public--along with the alleged use of disease-carrying and crop-eating pests against North Korea and Cuba. Lockwood reveals how easy it would be to use of insects in warfare and terrorism today: In 1989, domestic ecoterrorists extorted government officials and wreaked economic and political havoc by threatening to release the notorious Medfly into California's crops.
A remarkable story of human ingenuity--and brutality--Six-Legged Soldiers is the first comprehensive look at the use of insects as weapons of war, from ancient times to the present day.
Features
- First book to reveal systematically the many ways in which insects have been and can be used a weapons
- Includes a critical and constructive analysis of today's defenses - and the dangerous shortcomings in terms of homeland security strategies - with respect to entomological attacks.
- West Nile virus and other insect-borne diseases are serious public health issues, the importance of which is revealed here.

It is very clear to me that this disease (collembolaiiasis), will never be acknowledged by the PTB. It was hoped that if some high profile individuals contracted it, they might speak out and prompt some action.
So what can we Collembola-Nation do? Well, an election is in the offing. I suggest as many of you as possible, go to events and hug as many Bigwigs as possible. Hover over the punch! Nobody can charge you for anything, since by their definition, your disease is imaginary. Share the love! Share your imagination. Share the toilet seats !
Saturday, July 14, 2012
If you have this disease (collembolaiisis), then you have most likely experienced the same treatment. The Dermie shakes his head sadly (feigned sadness), and tells you you have a psycho-neural condition, and you must take anti-psychotic medicine. If you react (refuse, or insist on other opinions), he may suggest that he could institutionalize you. At first you feel like you are in a bad episode of 'The Twilight Zone' You may not realize for months that you are not alone.
Your family will at least discourage you from running through the streets, screaming 'I have bugs'. At worst they might turn away from you, or just humor you, while secretly murmuring amongst themselves.
If someone else in your family gets it then they blame you !! The Dermies start talking French "Folie a deux'
It becomes obvious that someone has put a lid on this can of worms. Who in the world has enough power to shut everyone up. Maybe we should ask Jason Bourne ! Unfortunately, none of us has the money, time, fitness, conections, to find out who, and go after them, by jumping from rooftop to rooftop, avoiding bullets....and all those great action movie stunts. We can only wish.
I think we all know who did this, albeit, by accident, or unintended consequence. Who would have thought (in 1950), that dropping bugs on an isolated area, such as N. Korea and Manchuria, coukl come home to roost. Commercial Jet travel was only a distant dream.
And I think, no one imagined that bugs, could work their way around the world, across oceans, mountain ranges, deserts, tundra. Besides, bugs freeze, drown etc. (Not Springtails ! they can live in the ocean and in the freezing Polar regions. That is why their other name is Snow Fleas.
Says it all. Someone who coined that name knew that they acted like Fleas. They had seen it on horses, and other large animals. And they knew that they could live in snow, seeing them hop around in granular spring snow like miniature reindeer. You know who is doing this. Not the people I named, but some faceless , inhuman creatures, looking out rom behind their fortresses.

Well, the aforementioned dickheads did not specifically say that the military bio-weapons people are delusional, or psychotic. what they said is that 'everyone who believes that collembola can parasitize humans is delusional, psychotic, whacko etc. so I just thought I should let them know, that they are applying this criteria to the Military too.
Saturday, June 30, 2012
The following people are amongst the most vociferous, who deny that collembola can parasitize humans. Pollack (recently let go fron Harvard (school of janitor), Shelomi (at UC Davis) doing his Doctorate (apparently on the contents of the colons of ruminents), Christiansen of Grinell, Yanega of UC Davis, Janssen (of Europe), The head honchos of the Dermatological ADA, heads of the CDC and heads of AMA All of these people have in fact declared that the Military Biological Units are Bonkers, AKA nutso, AKA , out of their gourds, AKA. delusional

I have to reiterate....I definitely do not believe that our militaries bombarded us with Chiggers of Collembolans. However, I think it is quite significant that they did NOT believe the (un)conventional wisdom, and acquired the technology from (the pardoned) Ishii. Where were all the naysayers amongst the medical and scientific community. They had been saying that Springtails (Collembola), could not parasitize humans (from 1890 until 1947). Then the militaries went to work, dropping their mutants on N. Korea and China), Then when said countries presented pictures of Springtails (associated with Rotten Leg disease, a half hearted investigation was done, with typical outcome. then the Scientists and doctors (from 1953- 2012) returned to their mantra...."collembolans cannot bite. They are not known to parasitize humans, yadda, yadda , B.S. Why didn't these scientists inform the Military, and save the money they spent on Chiggerizing Springtails, and the fuel spent on air-dropping them?

What ever happened to Mr. Common Sense. Last I read from him he was pleading not to play the blame game. Let's just solve this. However I would like to point out that when a crime is committed, the police immediately look for a 'purp'. This Disease is a crime (who is the purp). The treatment of sufferers is another crime. The suppression of evidence by the PTB is another crime. Solve one of these crimes, and you solve them all !!

, Ishii and other Unit 731 leaders were to be thoroughly interrogated by the Soviet authorities.[6] Instead Ishii and his team managed to negotiate and receive immunity in 1946 from war-crimes prosecution before the Tokyo tribunal in exchange for their full disclosure of germ warfare data based on human experimentation

“There are no parasitic springtails of any sort,” according to Christiansen. “The Chinese Communists in the 1950s tried to accuse the U.S. of using bugs dropped from airplanes to spread disease in China. The picture they used as an example was of a mass of Collembola. They chose a group that has never been shown to carry disease. It was the only time I ever saw a picture of Collembola in a newspaper.”

The following, is a partial review and commentary on a book yet to be published, called 'Six Legged Soldiers' by Jeffrey Alan Lockwood. It is about U.S. and Canadian biological warfare during the Korean War. You can access more information about the book at the address in the heading.
I focus mostly on references to Springtails, because it is this primordial hexapod that has continued to wreak destruction on humans and animals to this day. Also. Springtails (Collembola) are the only weapon, denied by various self proclaimed experts.
A scientist named Lubbock, gave the name 'Collembola' to 'springtails', in 1873. The word 'Collembola" is from Latin and means "sticks to the body on which it stands". And it has been living up to its name, as some 100,000-1,000,000 people, and the odd talking horse can attest.
An adult Springtail is usually about 2 mm in length, and can have up to 40 'instar' stages. There is no larval stage (unless you want to count the egg as larval). Try to imagine how small a stage 1, stage 2, stage 3, would be, if it has to grow and molt 40 times to reach 2mm (1/8th inch). It would most certainly be invisible to our eyes, and also difficult to see in a tangle of skin scrappings.
But some talented doctors and scientists have managed to see them in skin samples. If truth be known, some very EVIL doctors and scientists, have also seen them, but choose to deny it or just not mention anything.
Each instar stage follows molting of the exoskeleton (shell). And each instar stage (including stage 1), looks exactly like the next (and previous), except that the creature gets bigger each molt. Springtails have probably been known about for millenia, but I doubt that people knew about the stages (because the first 5-10 stages are invisible to the naked eye, and not much better to the naked magnifying glass).
During the nineties, the National Pediculosis Association (NPA), an organization dedicated to finding safe effective cures for arthropod parasites of humans (headlice, scabies, body lice, etc), found that they had a great number of reports of infestations that did not fit any of the creatures that they knew of. It was reported to the CDC to no avail.
So in the early 2000's, the NPA, in cooperation with the Oklahoma State Health Board, undertook to investigate the phenomenon. The 'Oklahoma Study' was conducted in Oklahoma (what a coincidence) , with 20 subjects investigated. Using 'Image Contrasting' a pattern emerged, wherein a shape was appearing in photographs of skin scrapings.
(skin scrapings: a technique which every dermatologist has to know, but which not ONE dermie used on the victims)
The shape was identified by qualified entomologists, as Springtails (Collembola). The shapes were found in 18/20 subjects. The Oklahoma Study was 'peer reviewed' and published in a respected Journal. For more information see
http://www.headlice.org/report/research/index.html
In the late 90' a couple of professors from York University (Toronto) published a book named
"Biological Warfare in the 1940's and 1950's"
They wrote about many insect, and microbe vectors, used by many countries (including the U.S.A. and Canada especially), but the only reference that they were taken to task for was a 'Hexapod', named Collembola. It was mentioned in only TWO paragraphs of the whole book.
Denials and denunciations came fast and furiously, and the whole affair was written up in JAMA (Journal of American Medical Associations. You can check it out at
http://www.korean-war.com/Archives/2001/10//msg00082.html
Please note that the article refers to 'trombiculoid mites'. These are otherwise known as Chiggers, which are known to parasitize humans and large animals (horses especially)
Information about doctors' reports on finding Springtail infections in people can be found at
Collembola References http://collembolareferences.blogspot.com/
The most recent credible report on collembola infection (involving a cat and its owner) can be found athttp://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/22049948
There have been a number of claims that the Collembola (as a infective pathogen), has been disproven. The only statements I have seen are as follows;
1st babble: Collembola have no biting mouth parts: Tell that to Himalayan Amphibians . Dasgupta and Dasgupta found that Springtails caused skin lesions in Amphibians (frogs and Salamanders)
Dasgupta R, Dasgupta B. 1990. Collembolan insects as potential parasites. Transactions of the Royal Society of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene 84:438
There have also been reports from Australia, of Springtails infecting animals, but all the reports seem to have disappeared, along with the reporters.
Also, the 'infected cat' study above states that Springtails are known to cause lesions in the hide of horses. Many other sources cite the same information So how did the Springtails do it? Did they call in Gulf Oil to drill for them.?
Second dribble:, Collembola are not known parasites of Humans. Well, in the late 1970's, HIV-Aids was not known (period), let alone a known pathogen of Humans. Now Everybody has it.
Third spewance: The NPA study was poor science. Totally NOT true, and I challenge the people who say this to give details (which of course will be lies). I challenge any one of you to a public debate, or 3 rounds in an Octagon. The word Science means knowledge, and there is no such thing as poor knowledge. The NPA study needed to be followed up on, in an unbiased manner. Instead we got an unsolicited report from the Mayo Clinic, written up on lunchroom napkins, and a totally biased report from the CDC, neither of which took, nor looked at skin scrapings.
So the rebuttal of the NPA Oklahoma Study......THE REBUTTAL is delusional !!!!!!!!!!!!

The following text is meant to be a revue and commentary on a book not yet published, along with my comments based on my knowledge of the situation. ALL the red font comprises my comments. The black font is made up of phrases from the book starting at the chapter entitled............
Korea's Hailstorm of Hexapods
The case presented by the North Koreans and Chinese in 1952 provides either irrefutable evidence that the United States engaged in the most comprehensive and systematic program of entomological warfare in modern times.................bought and paid for by the US military, by pardoning the director of Japan's biological warfare department, Mr. Ishii, by far the worst Class A war criminal in the Japan war crimes trials.
While McArthur did pardo Shiro Ishii for his crimes...........Look it up under 'Ishii war crimes pardon'.
The nations of the world were bloodied and exhausted at the Second World War, and neither the capitalists nor the communists were particularly anxious to start another shooting war.......................so why don't we take a look at Mr's Ishii's bugs. After all, they screwed up tens of thousands of Chinese, with 'rotten leg disease. And while you're at it, give George Merck a call.
Rotten Leg Disease is a bit of a misnomer. Victims got sores on any parts of their bodies, from their faces to their feet. However, since the bugs were air-dropped into calf deep rice paddies, for the most part, the wounds were more serious on the legs. For pictures see "rotten leg disease" or http://www.sunshine-project.org/pingfan/pf10.html
The United Nations appointed a commission to oversee the affairs of Korea, a political tinderbox. The U.N. Commission was dominated by the United States, and therefore lacked credibility in the eyes of the communists...............Plus it was right in the middle of the McCarthy witch hunts. Anyone who he did not like, he would ruin by calling them before the committee. So it goes without saying that the U.N. and the media, out of fear of MCarthy, would completely ignore the 'godless' communists.
Mao Zedong was leading the Communist Party to control of China. The nationalist government of Chiang Kai-shek was exiled to Taiwan, leaving the United States with a single beachhead on the Asian continent, Korea.............................................so they manufactured chiggers from collembola, to drop on North Korea, without considering the consequences of letting this Frankenbug loose on the world (which IS round....... what goes around comes around.)
there is little doubt that western nations were laying the groundwork for entomological warfare in the years leading up to the Korean War. Oh really! How did anyone know that those years (1947-1950), were lead in years to a war......unless the West planned it !
The 406 Medical General Laboratory...........became the linchpin for development of insect vectors. It was subject to 'mission creep'............Dr' Jekyll to Mr. Hyde........To much here !! Isn't the 406 the same laboratory that 'assisted the CDC recently?..And linchpin ......what Mr. Ishii needed on the gallows he avoided. Finally 'mission creep'.....a nickname for Merck ???
....encephalitis, the disease that planted an evil seed in the fertile mind of the young Ishii Shiro in 1924. And the seed grew well, being as how Ishii had manure for brains !!!
Japanese scientists assisted the U.S. military during an outbreak of an arthropod-borne Disease in Korea. Gee that was nice of the Japanese, being as how they likely caused the outbreak.
BTW, Springtails are the most populous hexapods in the world.
Preparing for entomological warfare with the communists would require putting the nation's best minds and finest facilities into thev effort. More important than looking after disabled war veterans. or giving equal rights to black veterans.
Nor was the United States the only western nation interested in conscripting insects to defeat thecommunist menace; the Canadians were every bit as aggressive in their pursuit of the perfect entomological weapon. Odd !! Why would a Stanley Cup team be interested in bugs?Dr. G. B. Reed of Queen's University (somewhere in that frozen wasteland) made a breakthru when he discovered that bugs like rotten salmon laced with various pathogens. He made a bomb containing flies and the infected salmon. (a fetid bomb...sounds like a vicious movie revue of 'Sargent York of the Mounted' and talk about hi-tech.....a bomb that would otherwise be cleaned up by alley cats and racoons. Who was the advisor to Dr. Reed, Wiley Coyote ???)
The phoenix of biological warfare began its rise from the asheson June 30, 1950. The Korean War began on June 25 1950 North Korean and Soviet troops crossed the 38th parallel and advanced on Seoul. America joined in as well as Canada. (what a chance to try out their new toys)
Who could order the useof these (biological) weapons and under what conditions remained equivocal This ambiguity may have been designed to allow American leaders to plausibly deny responsibility for biological warfare. (and man oh man, have they ever been using that loophole, for 60 years and counting)
Stay tuned for the next episode.............................

Military
But I do think one of the following happened as a result of the creation of chiggers from collembola.
1. They had some left over and buried, or stored them incorrectly
2. The air-dropped bugs on Asia, worked their way back to America on infected people, as a result of increased intercontinental travel.
3. One of the countries who endured the air drops, having reported their findings to the US officials (and being scorned), did not get mad.......they got even. Not the first or last time that Asia has copied an American invention.

from the anals of 'duly noted'
Knowing all, she would know that these Frankenbugs were airdropped on North Korea and China, during the Korean conflict, circa 1950-52, and were implicated in a disease of that area called rotten leg disease (now known to be Glanders).
In her divine omniscience, she would know that the aforementioned bio-weapon technology, was obtained from the WWII, head of Bio-weapons chief Mr. Ishii (japan), in exchange for not being prosecuted for war-crimes.
From her position of Sublime Karma, she would know that of all the Class A japanese war criminals, mr. Ishii most of all, deserved to be executed.
She more than anyone, knows why the American Generals wanted to get hold of this horrid Bio-war technology, so I won't tell her. She knows !!

More on Dully Noted, er I mean Duly Noted
"some people would rather believe that they have bugs under their skin, contrary to all evidence, than to entertain the notion that they might have a psychiatric .....problem.
CONTRARY TO ALL THE EVIDENCE ?????????????????

May I suggest, beyerstein, that you drop the hyperbole, and do some research, before you submit the drivel you deliver.
The NPA study has never been refuted with any scientific evidence. If you believe it has, then please show the evidence.

Duly Bloated www.inthesetimes.com/duly-noted
She has a Blog called Duly Noted and she tells us in her Jan 27 verbal diatribe that 'Despite the CDC's attempt to break the news gently, the Mogellons community is not happy.'
Beyerstein, if you think the 'Mogellons' people are unhappy, you should know that MORGELLONS people are severely pissed off !
Note: the spelling of 'Morgellons' as 'Mogellons'. Or maybe she is reaching out to infected Rappers !
Note: diatribe is a hybrid word constructed from 'diarrhea' and 'tripe' (this is a total lie)
She goes on to say "It's hard to feel sorry for people who are clamoring for a somatic disease against all evidence, because they are trying to hold on to the priviledge of being sick and not 'crazy.'
Note 'somatic' means 'not psychosomatic' which means 'with an actual physical cause'
Well, Missy, I have this to say to you.....

Funny! The CDC chose Northern California because it was believed to have a cluster of cases with the symptoms. However in their conclusion, they state that there is no cluster there or anywhere !
I think we have all been Cluster F....d.

Failure to Communicate
I have learned that the CDC has failed to deny that Springtails are implicated in this disease.
Likewise, the US and Cda. Militaries have failed to deny that they mutated Springtails into Chiggers, in the late 40's, and that they air-dropped these Franken-bugs onto North Korea and China, during the Korean War.
So to quote from a famous Paul Newman movie, "What we have (here), is a failure to come 'n negate"

phenomenon
What confuses me is that the NPA Report was supposedly discredited before 2005. And how was it discredited? Simply by these words from 'alleged' Collembola experts. AND I QUOTE "Springtails are not known to parasitize humans" or "Springtails do not have biting mouth parts"
Now anyone who knows anything about Science, knows that the way to disprove a theory, is to repeat the tests legitimately, and not find the same outcome (in this case, not find collembola). Nobody did it, at least not that they will say. I heard it thru the grapevine, tho, that the CDC did the same testing and FOUND springtails. However, they convinced themselves that the Collembolans were there BY ACCIDENT. IE the bugs turned out AFTER the patients had gouged their own skin.
All this aside, why are these orgs even mentioning Springtails at this point. After all, the CDC report, which is at least one year late now, is about Morgellons fibres, not Collembola.
So what outcome do they fear from the CDC report (if it ever sees the light of day)?
Well, here is my take: The CDC report will be so ambigous, and so unsatisfactory to the sufferers, and families, that they will start to drift back to the NPA report.
Morgellons has nothing more to offer. Seven years of lobbying, testing (see Randy Wymore), and letter writing, has led to a dead end. People who are legitimately ill, will seek answers. More people will become infected. They need help. The CDC will be no help. Morgellons has run out of compromises. The doctors are still screaming DOP.
So they will turn to the NPA report. And if they do the right reading, they might believe it, cuz after all it is true !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
As an aside, it appears that no Dermatologist in North America has a dermatoscope, nor a scalpel, nor a digital microscope. We should launch an appeal to the third world for financial assistance for these poor, unequipped doctors.

CDC on probation
Please understand that as you are at least 9 months late for presenting your paper on Morgellons (Collembolaiasis). The highest mark you can get now is a D-,,,,and that is if you submit before January 31.
Unfortunately, failure to meet that final deadline, will result in your having to repeat your Kindergarten year, including the subjects that you completed, with marks of C or less..
Said subjects at this time are: Coloring between the lines 101, clay modelling 101, Fonix (formerly spelled Phonics) 101, and Going Potty Alone 102.
